After an introduction to the philosophy behind the Pilot Light Course, we'll reflect on the past year and unearth evidence that it might have been more full of light than we realized.

- Journal prompts to help reframe the year, and unearth the skills and values you discovered you have and used to navigate the challenges you faced.
- Exercises that will clarify what traits, practices, and expertise you want to bring with you into this year.
MODULE TWO: DREAM
Now that we've reflected on and reframed the past year, and established which of the year's gifts we'll be bringing into this one, we'll clarify our biggest hopes for the coming months.

- Journal prompts that not only provide you with perspective on how well you're already doing, but also help you define reasonable steps forward toward that ideal year.

Here's where we get down to brass tacks: in this module, we'll refine the daily habits that will help us take the steps to move toward our ideal life.
